The renal programme in Lotus hospital is run by highly trained pediatrician with the help of Nephrologist.
The system of kidney in the body consists of kidneys, tract to take urine from kidneys to bladder and tract from bladder to outside. The disease can affect at either of these sites or all of them. The kidneys can fail either due to the severe infection affecting the kidneys or the entire body and this requires dialysis. Lotus hospital is one of the few centers in the country where the dialysis can be done in all the age groups starting right form birth and older age group.
